Our stay at the Novotel Samui Resort was overall a memorable experience, with spacious and comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and a fantastic beach location. The breakfast by the beach was a delightful way to start the day, though there were some service inconsistencies. The pool area was beautiful but could use more attention to prevent slipping hazards. If you're looking for a family-friendly spot with great amenities, this resort fits the bill for a wonderful getaway!

I had a fabulous stay at the Novotel hotel Resort in Koh Samui. The location was fantastic, right on the beach and close to restaurants and shops. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially when it came to room arrangements for my knee and hip issues. The food was excellent, with a great variety and theme nights, although there were a few minor issues during my stay that could be improved upon. Overall, it felt like great value for money with a comfortable experience.
